Our vision is to help churches to focus on what matters the most.
The concept for OnStage was developed in 2023, driven by the need to improve the organizational capabilities of our band, El-Shaddai.
For years, we have been dealing with disorganized documents, numerous PDFs, and the constant challenge of keeping everyone on the same page. The process of scheduling musicians, tracking positions, and highlighting solos was inefficient and cumbersome, as it was conducted in disorganized Excel sheets.
It all started with a need
After nearly six years of organizing in this manner, we had a comprehensive understanding of the process—but we came to the conclusion that there had to be a more efficient approach. We started to develop a tool that was straightforward, user-friendly, and tailored to the contemporary needs of musicians and worship teams.
We initiated the process by brainstorming, collaborating with designers, and refining our vision. After extensive revision and dedicated effort, we released the initial version of OnStage in February 2025. It was a significant change for us, but we had full confidence in our mission.
From the outset, we recognized the potential of this tool to benefit a broader audience. We have decided to share OnStage with every band and church in order to eliminate the chaos of paperwork and complicated software. Our goal is to enable our users to focus on what really matters: worship wholeheartedly and enjoying making music together as a team.
